Eligibility
Who We Serve
Blooming Ages ADHC serves seniors aged 60 and older, as well as adults with physical disabilities, cognitive impairments, or chronic health conditions who benefit from structured daytime care and supervision. Our program is ideal for individuals who live at home with family caregivers and need a safe, engaging environment during the day.
